Our beliefs are what we assume to be true.
Many beliefs are based on inaccurate
and unsupportive information. (People used to believe the world was flat.)
Believing that something is “true”
when it is, in fact, "false”
causes undesirable results;
e.g., “Housing prices always go up.”
Your beliefs shape the direction of your life.
